For all items bought before the 23rd December 2013, you've got 21 days to return to us as part of our Christmas Returns Policy.
Normally, all items for return must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns received outside of the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of scandinavianminimall.co.uk. Scandinavian Minimall will credit back your credit card or credit your bank account, to the value of the cost of your goods purchased.
Please send the goods you wish to return by filling in our returns form that was sent to you with your order. Alternatively, you can find a new one here. Send all items you wish to return to the below address:

Please package up the goods you are returning safely, together with your name, order details and the reason for the return. We advise that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to scandinavianminimall.co.uk
Please note we can not refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all underwear and swimwear are tried on over your child's own underwear, and with the hygiene strip on. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.
If you require a refund, we will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item(s).
If you have received an item from Scandinavian Minimall, you must know your order number in order to apply for an exchange, so we can locate your order and facilitate the return or exchange.
You can return your gift or exchange it for a different item at the same value or more provided you pay the difference. Please note postage & packaging costs will be incurred for gift exchanges. We recommend you return items via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
