Scandinavian Minimall

One of the greatest  and most fun things about working with children's clothes is probably the photoshoots, especially when you get to work with wonderful children like the ones below. Most of the work is done before the shoot (outfits, setting etc) to make it as smooth and fun as possible for everyone involved, especially the children. Luckily our six lovely models were really patient and happy so we think we all did a good job and we're really pleased with the day.  

These looks are all inspired by scandinavian summer. We love to mix match colours and prints and have fun with accessories. In the world of kids fashion there are no rules just fun. See below and hopefully, be inspired!

In this last picture Estelle is wearing Esp No1. Denim Jacket Electric Wash, Mini Rodini Jaguar AOP Short Sleeved Tee In Blue and Gro Comany Cotton Voil Balletskirt In Black. Ready for a day in the city with mum or for dinner outside on a nice summer's evening with friends and family. 

There are so many lovely boys clothes this spring and this week we have picked out our favourite tees and sweaters. How cool are they? Beleive it or not but the summer is on its way and these items will look perfect on any little boy. Lovely prints, stripes and crazy shapes makes us happy and they are so easy to match as well! Just throw on some jeans or coloured shorts and you are good to go. Amazing!

We love sneak peaks! Especially when they are this promising....Bang Bang Copenhagen is an amazingly cool label which is quirky, different (in a good way) but also very, very stylish. It's one of our favourite labels. As simple as that. I've said it before and I am saying it again, bring on Spring/Summer 13 (but I do love Christmas, so not quite yet ;-))

It's about a week until it's Halloween and Mr Scandinavian Mini, 3.5, has been speaking about it now for 2 weeks. He's very curious as to why you there are so many Jack'o'lanterns around - the carved pumpkins used for Halloween to keep ghosts out - and so we've decided to make some ourselves this coming weekend. It's not a holiday Swedish families traditionally celebrate, but in recent years it's become more and more popular, but I would say even more so over here in the UK where we live. 'Here are my favourites from Scandinavian Minimall. 1) I love stripes and the fact that the mehari truck looks hand drawn. BOBO CHOSES Mehari Long Sleeve Tee . 2) This MINI Rodini Jacket is another favourite, I think it's such a cool jacket.  3, 4 and 6) Bang Bang Copenhagen is a favourite brand of mine so I've chosen three pieces that I really like from the boys selection. I love triangle shapes and this Bang Bang Copenhagen Parade Sweater was designed to look like Japanese Origami. The Lucky Sweatpants are so cool and will fit my little boy really well. And the Jolly Sweatshirt is great for both formal as well as casual occasions 5) I love this Sammy Eggit skirt from LIVLY, but won't be buying it as unfortunately I don't have a girl....and the same goes with this gorgeous LIBBY dress from Livly 8). 7) I love this pirate print tee from MINI RODINI, such a fun print and I've bought this for my son and he really likes it too!
